CO-WELL Asia is a Vietnam-based software development and testing firm with over 300 engineers split between Hanoi and Da Nang. The company traces its origins to 2011, when it launched as SETA International; it rebranded to CO-WELL Asia in 2016. The leadership team includes Chairman Kohei Terada, Vice Chairman Kazumasa Tamura, and General Director Azuma Oshima. IDom Co., a Japanese firm, has worked with CO-WELL since July 2013 on multiple large-scale projects. GDO praised the Japanese-Vietnamese engineering team's design skills and language capability. AEON MALL Binh Tan highlighted fast turnaround on issue resolution and proactive communication. Bitexco Group noted that CO-WELL handled significant scope changes and project volatility effectively despite working with a large organizational structure.
