We started Ninth International because we kept watching the same story: a mid-sized company hires a consulting firm to "transform" its operations, and 18 months and $2M later they have a slide deck and a half-integrated system nobody uses.

We do the opposite. We pick one process that's costing you real money — document handling, compliance reporting, RFP responses, the work your team does between systems — and automate it, end to end, in 90 days. Then we stay on as a retained partner ($5K–$50K/month depending on scope) and keep expanding what's automated, month over month.

What we build

AI workflow automation — document processing, intelligent routing, compliance reporting, and the glue between systems you already run. We integrate with your existing stack (Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and whatever else you have) rather than replacing it. You don't need to hire ML engineers; implementation and maintenance are on us.

Custom software — enterprise web applications, native iOS/Android, and the APIs that connect them.

IoT and hardware interfacing — sensor integration, industrial equipment connectivity, and real-time data pipelines for manufacturing and field operations.

How an engagement runs

Weeks 1–2: we map your workflows and find where the hours actually go. Weeks 3–4: solution design with an ROI model you can hold us to. Weeks 5–8: build and test a pilot with your team. Weeks 9–12: deploy and measure. After that, we expand the footprint one process at a time.
